THE EGYPTIAN DRINK
The Tea (shai) and coffee (ahwa) are offered in every occasion and are an integral part of culture, and hospitality. Both drinks are served strong and with much sugar. The tea is poured into glasses on whose fund volteggiano the leaves, while the Egyptian coffee is served in a tiny cup half full of sediment.
